The African National Congress (ANC) celebrates a remarkable win on Wednesday, 11 September after retaining Mogale City, Kagiso Ward 12 votes in by elections win. This came months after the passing of the ward 12 ANC Councillor, Kutlwano Goldrick Morake who passed after a short illness. The result reflects the trust the people of the ward have for the ANC, not only did they win but they won big.
